Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area. Received a BFA from San Francisco State University in Painting and Sculpture. Having lived in Los Angeles for the past decade, recently moved back to the San Francisco Bay Area. Works have been displayed throughout the United States and Internationally and have been collected across the world.
My work revolves around both humanity and inhumanity. The two sides manifest in two distinct ways. Figures often contain multiple references or one reference in multiple ways to build out a universal person to connect with through the raw emotion of the abstract form. The other is a more representative critique on the inhumanity and violent world we live in. Harnessing the same raw emotions, but to expose and contrast the suffering and the indifference.
